Information we use

We use the account and business contact details you provide, workspace user details, and the sales and customer records you enter into the service. For subscriptions, we also record the selected plan, billing period, payment amount, payment status, and transaction reference. If you choose offline payment, you may submit a proof document.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, run the workspace, process and reconcile payments, provide support, maintain security, and keep transaction and accounting records.

Payment providers

Online payments open a secure payment provider checkout. The provider collects the card or mobile payment details needed to complete the transaction and sends OptiBiz a payment result and reference. OptiBiz does not store full card numbers. Offline payment details and proof, when supplied, are used to verify that payment.

Sharing and storage

Information is shared with payment, hosting, and support providers as needed to operate the service, and with authorities when required by law. We keep records while needed for the service, payment reconciliation, and applicable legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.
